ux & ui design

UX & UI design,
grounded in real behaviour.

Product and web-app design built around the people who actually use it. New product or an existing one leaking conversions. The work starts with what’s actually happening, not assumptions about it.

What it is

Senior product design, end-to-end.

Research, structure, wireframes, visual design, and a shipped design system, from a designer who’s done it across a decade of products and roles.

For new products: a structured path from brief to a launch-ready design system. Discovery, journey mapping, structure, wireframes, then visual design that holds up on real devices with real content.

For existing products: a UX audit that pinpoints exactly where the experience is breaking, followed by a redesign focused on the screens and flows that move the metrics that matter.

You might be a fit if…

  • You’re a founder or product team launching something new and need a senior designer end-to-end.
  • Your existing product is converting badly and you need someone to diagnose and redesign it.
  • You’re an agency that needs senior design capacity for a client project, white-labelled.
  • You want research, design and the design system led together, not in three handoffs.

How it works

Four phases.

  1. Discovery & research

Stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, competitor teardown, and (where it exists) an audit of the current product. End with a clear picture of who, what, and why.

  2. Structure & wireframes

Structure first. Page-level wireframes, flow diagrams, and a clickable prototype for stakeholder sign-off, before pixel decisions get expensive.

  3. Visual design & system

Full visual design across every screen and breakpoint. A real design system: tokens, components, states, edge cases, built to be shipped, not admired in Figma.

  4. Handover

Documented Figma file, design tokens, interaction specs, and an engineering walkthrough so your team can build without filling in the blanks.

Common questions

FAQ.

Do you also handle branding?

Light brand application, yes: palette, type pairing, and visual identity applied within the product. Full brand identity creation is a separate engagement.

Do you do user research?

Yes, proportional to the project. For product redesigns: stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and usability audits. For new products: discovery interviews and competitive teardowns. Heavy primary research with large samples is out of scope.

What tools do you work in?

Figma primarily, with component libraries set up for handover. For shipping-friendly engagements, we can also work directly in code (Tailwind, shadcn/ui), see the Design for AI-Apps service for the in-code variant.

How is the work handed over?

Figma file with a documented component library, design tokens, and a handover doc covering interaction states, edge cases, and responsive behaviour. Optional walkthrough call with your engineering team.

Do you only do new design, or also audits?

Both. UX audits are a common starting point for redesign engagements. We diagnose where the current product is leaking conversions, friction, or trust, then design the fix.
