product audit
See your product the way customers do.
For founders and businesses with an MVP or proof of concept, often built with AI. We show you what’s missing, what’s in the way, and how to make the value clear, in sprints of two, four or six weeks.
What it is
A product audit, not a code review.
You’ve built the first version. We look at it the way your customers will, and show you what it takes to get it to the next level.
It’s for founders and businesses with an MVP or a proof of concept, whether a team built it, a freelancer did, or you did it yourself with AI tools. We go through the product flow by flow: what it does, how it works, where people get stuck, and what’s missing between what it is and what your customers need.
Then we show you how we’d make it better: the product offering, the flows and the design, how to make the value clearer to your customers, and how we’d recommend designing and building the next version. The focus is the product, not the code.
You might be a fit if…
- You’ve built an MVP or a proof of concept, maybe with AI, and want to know what it needs next.
- People try it, but they don’t get it, don’t stay or don’t buy, and you’re not sure why.
- You’re about to raise or invest more, and want an honest outside view of the product first.
- You want a clear plan for the next version before you spend on building it.
How it works
Four steps, every sprint.
Every sprint runs the same four steps. What changes is how much of the product we cover, and how deep we go.
-
Use it like a customer
We get to know the product, who it’s for and what it has to do, then use it the way your customers would, from the first screen on.
-
Find the gaps
What’s missing, where people get stuck, where the value gets lost, and what’s already working, flow by flow.
-
Show what better looks like
How we’d improve it: the offering, the flows and the design, and how to make the value clear to your customers, shown rather than only described.
-
Hand over the plan
What to change, in what order, and how we’d recommend designing and building it, walked through with you and your team.

Common questions
FAQ.
Is this a code review?
No. We look at the product: how it works and flows, what’s missing, and how clearly it shows its value. We’ll recommend how to design and build the next version, but the focus is the product, not the code.
Which sprint do we need?
It depends on how much product there is, and how deep you want to go. Tell us about it and we’ll recommend one before you commit.
Our product was built with AI. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Plenty of first versions are built with AI tools now, and we look at the product, whatever it was built with. If it’s mainly the design that needs work, our design for AI service redesigns it in your codebase.
What do we get at the end?
Findings in order of what matters, what better looks like, and how we’d recommend designing and building the next version, walked through with you and your team.
What happens after the audit?
That’s up to you. The plan is yours to take to your own team, or we can design the next version with you through app design, or build it through MVP development.
