How fast will I hear back?

What should I put in the brief?
What you're trying to achieve and roughly what the thing does, not a spec. If you have sketches, a deck, a repo, or a competitor you're reacting to, that's plenty to work from.
How does a project start?
Brief, quote, execute. Share the scope, timeline, and constraints; you get a clear scope and timeline back, no surprises. Approve it and we're off.
How is pricing structured?
A product audit starts at R 20,000 for a two-week sprint. Websites start from R 30,000, MVP builds from R 60,000 and AI-app redesigns from R 20,000, each in three tiers; UX/UI design is from R 750 an hour, and app design is priced by scope. Your exact price comes back within 48 hours of the brief or the repo.
Do you work with agencies?

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
Cape Town, South Africa. We meet clients in person in Cape Town, and work with everyone else over video calls and in writing. International clients welcome.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes, as an optional monthly retainer. For websites it covers content updates, small additions, and platform maintenance; for apps, bug fixes, small feature work, and infrastructure maintenance.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Websites are handed over outright, no platform lock-in, no licensing fees. App builds end with a walkthrough of the codebase so your team can take it forward, and AI-app redesigns land as PRs in your own repo.
